We are a successful young creative agency called The Brand Surgery, who have been designing and publishing magazines, brochures and websites for a number of years. Like a lot of other smaller design agencies, we sometimes struggle to find stunning or amazing photos of normal towns and villages to complement our designs at realistic prices. We are frequently approached by a number of professional photographers, however, some of our clients who are business set-ups or small businesses do not have the budget to hire a professional photographer for the day.

For this reason, we launched the TriggerSnappy Challenge because we believe this will support the amateur photographer and young design agencies. Amateur photographers can upload their stunning photographs free of charge and then get paid for their work every time a design agency downloads their photograph. Photographs can be purchased for £10 and the photographer earns 50% of that fee, and we use the other 50% for marketing the website and photographers

The TriggerSnappy Challenge is a nationwide competition to take and make available amazing shots of your town. They can be as abstract as you like, but salable because remember that this competition is based on how many photos you sell.
